Mike Chappell and Tony Leamon produce and broadcast ‘One and All – Speaking out with a Cornish Voice’ on Source FM as well as ‘Hubbadullya’ on Redruth Radio.
They are both proud to be Cornish and down the years of broadcasting together, Tony has taken over the production and musical side of the programmes whilst Mike has conducted many interviews.
The list has been impressive! Serving and former MPs, Councillors, political and cultural activists, musicians, authors, charity workers, business people, academics and even witches!
Their outspoken manner has drawn complaints and praise. Sometimes blunt, sometimes understanding, always very listenable!
Mike was born in Redruth and although he has travelled the world and visited 43 other countries as well as living overseas, he returned to Cornwall because it is the ‘place he wants to be.’ He has a family tree which shows his predecessors as living in St Buryan back in 1510 and has been part of the ‘Peoples of the Isles’ project placing his ancestors in Cornwall several thousand years ago.
Tony is a Falmouth boy born and bred. He has a keen interest in local politics and his community. He is a practising Pagan, and feels connected to this ancient land of Cornwall.
