Здравствуйте, дорогие зрители! With this phrase I started all my TV programmes for ten years, in my native Ukraine.
In the UK I reinvented myself as a BME rights activist, which is really similar to journalism, because it is working with people and for people. Forced marriages, FGM, human trafficking and migrant workers rights - all issues I am passionate about in Cornwall. For me a worthwhile show (radio or TV) isn't about music or pictures, but good journalism. So I am really excited to go back to my roots and introduce listeners to some of the diffiicult issues, and inspire them as to how things can be improved.

- What would you do if you won the lottery?
Give half to support cancer charities, and with the other half I would buy a helicopter so I could see my family in Ukraine really often.
- What would listeners be surprised to learn about you?
I suffer from topographical cretinism. :)
- Who would you most like to be stuck in a lift with?
Leo Tolstoy and Haruki Murakami, my two favourite authors. Would like to discuss new versions of Anna Karenina in Japanese interpretation.

My pram! Not sure of the make and model.
- What is your favourite food ?
Ukraine - my grandmother's pancakes, UK - roast potatoes, between countries - cakes!
- What is your favourite place around Falmouth / Penryn?
I love Falmouth in general, and think it all has a lot of charm. The best place in the UK!
