Karl’s epitaph will most likely be “So much music, so little time.” He’s a former academic and failed musician (Swamp Lust, Warhol’s Babies…no Google hasn’t heard of them either). He’s currently working on a post-isolation ambient album under the moniker LST VWLS and spends his time dj’ing, reading books about music and looking after the SourceFM promo pool, where he can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Programmes featuring Karl Phillips
An all new release show where you'll hear a broad range of different styles rubbing up against each other in ways some music fans would disapprove of…but it doesn't matter because in the words of Duke Ellington, if it sounds good it IS good.
This Is Not A Disco
Two hours of brand new releases, and reissues, albeit with a strong leaning towards the quieter, and sometimes unashamedly stranger, end of the audio spectrum

Just a quickie to say thank you for keeping us entertained on our (rainy) holiday in Falmouth. We really enjoyed the variety of music on your radio station and loved hearing all the local voices.Jamie
It has introduced me to lots of new people, that I may not have otherwise met. I've learned new skills and improved my confidence by creating a radio show and presenting on stage. And felt well supported through everything I've done with SourceHayley M, Penryn
I've produced some content for it (Source) during the lockdown, and I train students to make radio and help them get involved in Source FM, one of my PhD researchers uses it for his work too. It's a really important resource that brings people together and helps us get more people able to make audio.Abigail W, Falmouth
