Source FM Discusses Mental Health Issues
A Space to Speak Your Mind is Source FM’s mental health show in collaboration with Cornwall Mind and with support from CRCC. We discuss all things mental health related, with live presenters in the studio and our team of contributors out and about around Cornwall. Our flagship show is the first Thursday of the month, 2:30-3:30 PM with news, features and interviews about mental health in Cornwall. The other Thursdays of the month are taken by members of the A Space to Speak Your Mind team presenting their own shows…
If you’d like to contribute to the show in any way, please get in touch with Jerry Padfield, email@example.com You can become a part of the team (full free training will be given) or just request a record…
The first “Space to Speak Your Mind” was on October 10th 2019, World Mental Health Day.

I've produced some content for it (Source) during the lockdown, and I train students to make radio and help them get involved in Source FM, one of my PhD researchers uses it for his work too. It's a really important resource that brings people together and helps us get more people able to make audio.Abigail W, Falmouth
It's done a lot: broadcast live performances of a local poetry group I belong to (Falmouth Poetry Group), broadcast radio dramas created by my students, interviewed local politicians (including me) on subjects of local interest and thus contributed to engagement in local democracy.Tom S, Falmouth
