About the programme
Steve presents Punky Reggae Party every Tuesday m. Steve was living in the Bristol area at the time punk hit Britain and soon became a big fan. He was lucky enough to see a lot of the major bands of the time. Steve will be talking about his experiences of the time in edgy, late seventies Britain; the punks, the dreads, his mates: all will be revealed… This is the way he saw it, not from any history books – most of the music you’ll be hear will be from the original vinyl of the period.
Hey-ho lets go!
Just a quickie to say thank you for keeping us entertained on our (rainy) holiday in Falmouth. We really enjoyed the variety of music on your radio station and loved hearing all the local voices.Jamie

I just discovered your wonderful station! Wow love it....from Barbara Hepworth to the Buzzcocks! Very cool indeed. I grew up as a kid in Cornwall (St. Day and Grampound) in the 60's my family emigrated to California in 1967. My love for anything brewed in Cornwall is strong! I have spent the last 40 years as a Graphic Designer for TV and Print here in Los Angeles, I was also an online DJ for a local station here. So happy to have discovered Source!James
