On the show we chat well-being tips tackling a variety of topics from anxiety to memory, the latest art news, along with the occasional film review sprinkled on top!

I've produced some content for it (Source) during the lockdown, and I train students to make radio and help them get involved in Source FM, one of my PhD researchers uses it for his work too.
